Order Help

You can check your order status at any time via our website. To begin you will need a user account, if you purchased a product without registering then our system must have created and account for you and emailed you the details along with displaying them on the screen after your order was completed. If you are using a system generated account, please be sure to change the randomly generated password to a more memorable one.

To check your order status you must first login by clicking on the My Account link on the top right corner of the screen, and you will be presented with a login form.


After logging in you should click on the My Account link again and you will be presented with your user profile. This page allows you to make changes to your account such as password and measurement changes, and view status on your previous orders. To check status click on the Click here to view your order history link.

Upon doing so u will be presented with a list of orders that you have made in the past along with their current status.


To see further details on an order you may click the order number, which is '14' in this case, and you will be presented with the detailed information associated with this order, including tracking numbers for your shipment packages.
